There is sometimes a glitch with the Wix Forms app when transferring a site from one wix account to another, so I'm going to hold off on creating this form until I've completed the mobile optimization and have transferred the site over to your Wix account. Once it's been transferred I will jump in and create the form, and you will have an edit round at that point, for the form. So for now, don't worry about this page.
