BATHROOM ITEMS: shampoo, hair dryer, laundry detergent, etc.
LINENS: Comforter and pillows are provided. However, bedsheets, pillow cases, kitchen linens and bath towels are not provided. Linen rentals available to guests travelling by plane. Please ask in advance.
PAPER PRODUCTS: We provide a Starter Kit to get you started, but you will need to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, napkins etc. Please DO NOT bring thick toilet paper as it will clog the toilet very easily. All cottages are on septic systems and they are very sensitive and susceptible to clogging with thick toilet paper.
CHILDREN'S LIFEJACKETS: bring lifejackets for children 80lbs or under

GUEST ACCESS & ACCESSIBILITY:
We have a key-pad entry with code for easy access at any hour.
Guests can access all parts of the property.
The main cottage is fully accessible. If you enter through the kitchen door, there is only 1 step.
The boathouse is accessed by an exterior flight of stairs.
The coach house (above the garage) is accessed by an interior flight of stairs.
There is a level/easy slope leading to the waterfront area making it accessible.
