Tibro Developments started in 2008 in the small to mid-size developments industry, focusing on the sale of detached homes and townhouses with high-end finishes. As we grew, we began to develop a portfolio of rental units and gained experience in real-estate management. We’ve adapted our strategy from our early years, now focusing on the development and management of purpose-built rental buildings in the GTA and surrounding areas. With the dwindling affordability of housing, Tibro strongly believes in the rental market to address Canada’s housing needs and aims to provide quality homes that exceed expectations for the residents of Ontario.
