Cancellation Policy

Please note that scheduled appointments require that time allotments are set-aside & room hire fees paid. Therefore, notification of cancellation must be made at least 48 hours in advance of our scheduled appointment. Broken appointments without 48 hours notice or no-shows will be charged full fee (no refund).
