- All surfaces dusted Hard surface floors vacuumed and mopped
- All carpets and rugs vacuumed
- Glass tables & mirrors cleaned
- All windows, sill and frames from inside cleaned
- Baseboards dusted Doors and frames cleaned
- Cabinets and closets (empty) dusted and wiped
- Kitchen cabinets, countertops and shelves (empty) dusted and wiped
- Kitchen appliances (optional) fridge, oven and microwave cleaned inside & out
- Stove top, drip pans & hoods cleaned
- Sink, stoppers and knobs cleaned and sanitized
- Bathrooms cleaned and sanitized (sinks, faucets, toilets, tubs and showers)
- All garbage collected and trash emptied
- Garage, driveway, front porch and patio deck cleaned (optional)
