  1. 1.5-2 cups unsweetened hazelnut milk (cashew milk is delicious, too)

  2. 1 frozen banana

  3. 2 tbsp maple syrup (or natural sweetener of your choice)

  4. 1/2 tsp Ceylon ground cinnamon

  5. 1/2 tsp ground ginger (or a small chunk of fresh ginger)

  6. 1/3 tsp ground cardamom

  7. Tiny pinch ground nutmeg

  8. Tiny pinch ground cloves

  9. A pinch of sea saltBlend till creamy smooth with a handful of ice.
