A super yummy, detoxifying salad dressing and/or sauce that uses raw cauliflower! No cooking involved which makes this easy-to-make, enzyme-rich, and nutrient dense.
**Cauliflower is great for liver detox and balancing estrogen levels in the body. **Turmeric and cumin have excellent anti-inflammatory benefits.
1/2 an avocado 1/2 cup extra-virgin, cold pressed olive oil 1/2-1 cup water to desired consistency 1 cup raw cauliflower, cut into small chunks 1-2 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar (or fresh lemon juice) 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp cumin Himilayan sea salt to taste
Blend in blender till creamy and smooth. If it’s too runny, add a bit more avocado and cauliflower. Serve over salad, veggies, or gluten-free grains. Store in a a mason jar, old olive or jam jar in fridge. Shake it up before using. Will keep in fridge all week.
