Below are two variations to my Vegan Chocolate Truffle recipe. The picture above was me teaching my two little Bahamian friends, Gabby & Dominique, how to make Gracious Living Vegan Peanut Butter Pieces…..simple enough even for children and they love doing it!
Gracious Living Vegan Peanut Butter Pieces:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
2 tbsp all natural organic peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup or yacon syrup
1 tsp chia or flax seeds
Mix all ingredients into a paste either in a bowl, or food processor if you have one, but it’s not necessary.
Roll the mix into balls, arrange on a plate or in a container, and cover and store in freezer. That’s it!!!
Gracious Living Raw, Vegan Fudge:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
2 tbsp raw tahini
2 tbsp maple syrup or yacon syrup
1 tsp chia or flax seeds
Mix all ingredients into a paste either in a bowl, or food processor if you have one, but it’s not necessary.
Once again roll into balls and store in freezer.
Delicious, healthy, filling, so easy and fast to make! Guaranteed to satisfy your sweet tooth!
