We used their products all month to help aid detox, raise energy levels, reduce stress, improve sleep, and stabilize blood sugar. Instant LION’S MANE (which supports memory & nervous system health) is enjoyed with homemade almond milk or coconut milk. Add some natural sweetener and cinnamon and it’s delicious! On the left Instant CHAGA (high in antioxidants & amazing for immune system health) is actually being enjoyed with a cold- water brewed coffee. (If you are going to drink coffee, adding some mushrooms helps to reduce the acidity of it.) Also if you are going to drink coffee once in awhile, try to get organic, cold water pressed to also reduce acidity. I am not promoting coffee, however I am also being real and trying to offer options to make it less harsh on your body & adrenals. And finally, if you are hard core like me, (I like to think of it as more “intermediate” rather than hard core, lol) and you are on the go without a blender or food, just open up the packet and chew on it for a little pick me up. I particularly like the Instant MAITAKE packets because they are sweetened slightly with stevia, and also contain tulsi (great for stress), ginger, & rosehips. I think of it as mushroom candy.
